NYC Pride’s largest fundraiser celebrates 30 years with the hottest entertainers.

Dance on the Pier will be celebrating 30 amazing years in 2016 with newly expanded hours! It will again serve as the largest fundraiser for NYC Pride and our LGBT nonprofit grant winners. This year we are continuing to bring the biggest and best talent from around the world.

The event will once again close with the world’s longest-running LGBT fireworks display over the Hudson River produced by Pyro Engineering, Inc.

All proceeds from the Dance on the Pier benefit New York City’s Official Pride events and local LGBT community organizations.

The Rules:

  • YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.
  • There is a NO REFUND policy on ALL purchased tickets.
  • All event attendees should cross the highway at Laight Street.
  • There is a strict NO BAG policy enforced by NYPD. To avoid headaches, we advise you to leave your bags at home.

Ben Baker

Hailing from New York City, Ben’s dedication and his passion for classic house music and diverse modern beats is quickly making him a staple on dance floors throughout North America.

Honey Soundsystem

The collective is made up of Jacob Sperber, Jason Kendig, Robert Yang and Josh Cheon. Together, they were inspired by pivotal gay underground parties and dance music history. The crew throws their heart into event production and are known to build massive, elaborate, party-specific installations.

Hoxton Whores

Gary Dedman and Kevin Andrews comprise the DJ pair. An endlessly active duo, they always inject their unique personality and kinked sense of groove into everything they do. A truly hard working and pioneering duo that have been a constant part of the global house conversation for the last decade plus, Hoxton Whores are like few other out there today.

Alain Jackinsky

Alain took his first spin in the DJ booth in 2001 and quickly grew into a popular figure in the Montreal music scene. Over the year’s he’s established himself as a consistent crowd pleaser, spinning at Miami Winter Party, Viva! New York City and Circuit Barcelona Festival. Alain sets himself apart with his sulphuric style and sharp musical inspiration.

Working Grants Available

Every year, NYC Pride awards thousands of dollars in grant money to local organizations that serve the LGBT community. In order to receive the grant money, members or volunteers from your organization must perform specific job duties, as a group, at NYC Pride events.
